The first Grand Delivery day

"You guys don't even have to communicate! Looks like you've been doing this for a long time!"

The quote was from the fourth and last customer of the day. This Saturday, Beverdam did the first day of Grootse Bezorging (Grand Delivery). We delivered digital pianos to 4 customers around Rotterdam and The Hague, and managed to get incredibly enthusiastic responses from every one of them.

"We are impressed. This is what delivery always should be like".

Delivery in the promised time frame, 4 out of 4 times.

The first two deliveries where a bit nervous and awkward. We actually spent 10 minutes trying to decipher a manual. When we discovered we were looking at the wrong model piano we finally got going.

The last delivery was just perfect. The whole process was done within 20 minutes. Assembling the piano went flawless, in less than 15 minutes. The customers where really impressed by our speed, my little demonstration (Volumia - Afscheid seems to yield most NPS), and the card we left behind. We lied a little when we got asked whether we've been doing this for a long time now. Grand Delivery, indeed.

The only big disappointment of the day was the fact that the music store didn't sell any pianos, and so I have to cancel this Tuesday.
